Professor Tiffany Schmidt Awarded Klingenstein-Simons Fellowship in the Neurosciences
Neurobiology Professor Tiffany Schmidt was awarded the prestigious Klingenstein-Simons Fellowship in the Neurosciences. The fellowship will help further her research on light-driven behavior. The Klingenstein-Simons Fellowship in the Neurosciences was established to support the early career stages of young investigators engaged in basic or clinical research that may lead to a better understanding of neurological and psychiatric disorders. Professor Schmidt’s work forwards the foundation’s mission by contributing to our understanding of the integrative function of the nervous system.
