Single Cell Genomics Facility Now Open

The Department of Neurobiology, Department of Molecular Biosciences, and the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences are proud to announce the official opening of the Single Cell Genomics Facility (SCGF)!
SCGF provides instrumentation and expertise to support experiments involving the isolation and analysis of single cells. This includes flow cytometry and cell sorting, single cell encapsulation and library generation, and spatial transcriptomics.
The facility houses brand-new cutting-edge instrumentation and occupies newly renovated space on the 5th floor of Hogan Hall. The SCGF is run by Interim Director of Operations, Clark Rosensweig, and Faculty Director, Tom Bozza. A description of available services can be found here, and on NUCORE.
