Raman Lab Published in the Journal of Neuroscience
The findings by Postdoctoral Fellow Marion Najac and Professor Indira Raman appear in the Society for Neuroscience’s January 14th issue of Journal of Neuroscience. Their paper, Integration of Purkinje Cell Inhibition by Cerebellar Nucleo-Olivary Neurons, demonstrated that the intrinsic and synaptic properties of two types of projection neurons of the cerebellar nuclei specialize them for differential integration and transmission of inhibitory input from Purkinje cells.
